Armand Constantine has worked as an independent writer and consultant for various entertainment media, including video games, print, and film.  Recent game projects include Tom Clancy's Ghost Recon: Future Soldier, Star Wars: The Old Republic, The Saboteur, and Far Cry 2.  In 2009 Armand shared a nomination for the prestigious Game Developers Choice Award for Best Writing for his work on Far Cry 2. Armand's short fiction has also appeared in various literary magazines, and he is currently at work on a novel. He lives in Los Angeles, California.

Like most folks, I have a long list of favorite authors and books, but there are a few works that have really resonated with me. These are the books and stories that have burrowed deep into my psyche and will probably stay there until I die. I've listed them in the order that I came across them, beginning with Treasure Island, which I first read at age 10 or 11.
